What Are Soulful Inputs?

Soulful inputs are the ones that support you; mentally, emotionally, and even physically. They show up in your everyday life: what you watch, what you listen to, who you spend time with, what you scroll, and the details in your surrounding environment. Simply put, they’re the little things that make you feel good and are often easy to overlook.

Resources That Support You

Beyond our Wellness Series, there are resources built specifically to support mental health. One we’re highlighting this month is the Hi, How Are You Project, an organization focused on starting honest conversations about mental wellbeing and making support feel more approachable. Through its Peer-to-Peer program, students can access free, confidential support from trained peers who understand the challenges of college life and can help connect them with additional resources when needed.
